1. What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the material or grade you select, a description of operating conditions, and any geometry files you upload. We also store the IP address and timestamp so we can manage rate limits.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to prepare and send your quote, to ask follow-up questions about the geometry, and to keep a record of the parameter set if the job goes into production. We do not use it for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.
3. How long we keep it
Quote requests and uploaded files are kept for 12 months so we can refer back to them during development. After that they are deleted from active storage. Backup retention may differ.
4. Who sees it
Access is limited to our engineering and operations staff. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jerry@coreceramic3d.com.
