1. Using the site
The CoreCeramic3D website and quote form are provided for engineers and purchasing teams to evaluate our ceramic additive manufacturing service. You may browse, download information and submit quote requests. You may not use the site to upload malware, scrape content, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote is an estimate based on the geometry, material and conditions you provide. It is not a binding contract until both parties confirm a purchase order. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to the geometry files and designs you upload. We use them only to produce the quoted parts and to keep a process record. We will not share your designs with third parties without your written consent.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order or sample run in question. We are not liable for downstream losses caused by a part failing in your application. You are responsible for validating that the material, geometry and specifications are suitable for your end use.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Shenzhen.
